Vandenberg AFB K-1/N1/N3/N6 Feeders
Vandenberg AFB, CA
N1/N3/N6 feeders: This project involved relocating 20 miles of 12kV circuits north and south of Substation N at Vandenberg AFB. New installation included all concrete poles and cutovers to new buildings. K-1: This project hasn’t started yet but will have the same scope of work.
Southern California Edison 3 Region Distribution Service Contracts
Southern California
Hot Line is a sole-source power distribution contractor currently partnering with Southern California Edison (SCE) in three out of their eight power delivery regions.
Services we provide include the following: troubleshooting, repair, installation and service of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems and associated equipment; operation inspection and preventative maintenance on medium- and high-voltage overhead and underground distribution and sub-transmission systems; repair and replacement of overhead and underground distribution lines; Rule 20 conversions; 4kV to 12kV conversions; deteriorated pole replacements; switch replacements; raptor protection; and circuit reliability programs involving fault indicators, fuses and cutouts.
We work within jurisdictional permits and environmental constraints and in conjunction with archaeologists and biologists as appropriate.
PG&E Distribution
Northern California
Hot Line provides a full array of high voltage construction services to PG&E’s distribution group. Our team manages all projects from start to finish, from material management to construction to completion of the closeout documents. Projects include re-conductors, pole replacement, cable replacement, facility upgrades, SCADA protection, new business, capacity upgrades, Rule 20, equipment change outs and more.
